Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegetarians so you can enjoy the full range.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Many of our products are vegan.

Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all of the products listed on our website (except Cookies & Cream Almonds) are free from Gluten.
Some of the older products instore in Ireland do contain Gluten, so please check the packaging or get in touch if you are in doubt.
Do your products contain Palm Oil?
Some of our chocolate coated nuts use palm oil in the glaze as a processing aid, which is <1% of the ingredients. The palm oil is approved by the RSPO as sustainable and responsibly sourced.
However, we are on a path to eliminate palm oil completely by the end of 2022. We have already removed it from some of the range - for example our Salted Dark Chocolate Almonds, and our new Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Dates.
Where do you source your chocolate from?
We are proud to source our chocolate from sustainable sources only. All our chocolate is Cocoa Horizons or Cocoa Trace. You can read more about the programme here https://www.cocoahorizons.org/.

We are really sorry to hear that, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. You can get in touch here or email us at enquiries@forestfeast.com Please remember to keep the packaging and send us the batch code, best before date and any photos you have.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Whilst some of our packaging is recyclable, most of our pouches still have a foil layer to help maintain the integrity of the product against air and light exposure. We work very closely with our packaging suppliers and we are constantly working on testing different materials. We hope to get one that is good enough soon. In the meantime many people choose to reuse the packs instead of recycling them, mostly for starting seed germination on plants, fruits and vegetables.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally but due to Brexit and rising costs we need to assess this on a case by case basis. Please drop us a note and we can look at shipping charges for you. Or you can have a look on Amazon to see if they can deliver to your country.
Do you have a promo code?
We often issue discount codes for promotions, new products and to anyone on our mailing list – keep an eye out on our social media channels and your inbox for the latest!
I want to change my order, how do I do this?
Unfortunately you cannot change your order once it has been placed online. However, if you can send us an email as soon as you can and we can manually change it, if it has not been dispatched.
Where can I find your products?
You will find us on the shelves of Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado, Amazon, Co-Op, Holland & Barrett as well as lots of independent shops.
