Dark chocolate contains 55% cocoa solids minimum. Cookies & CreamAlmonds: Almonds (40%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, wheat flour, butter (milk), cocoa powder, vegetable oil, (Coconut, palm, sunflower) , Emulsifier (soya lecithin) glucose syrup, glazing agents (Gum Arabic, shellac), colour( vegetable Carbon), salt, raising agent( ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavouring. White chocolate contains cocoa solids 28% minimum, milk solids 25% minimum.
